AIDA 2 – Freediver

Your real freediving start line: learn the core skills to dive safely and confidently with a buddy.

- 3-day course with theory, pool and open-water sessions
- Breath-hold, relaxation and equalisation techniques
- Static and dynamic apnea, plus depth sessions to ~12–20 m (conditions and comfort)
- Full safety, rescue and buddy procedures + AIDA 2 certification

AIDA 3 – Advanced Freediver

For certified freedivers ready to refine technique, go deeper, and understand what’s happening in the body.

- 3–4 days of advanced theory, pool and open-water training
- Freefall, streamlining, advanced equalisation and depth disciplines
- Training methods, performance mindset, and rescue at depth
- Progression towards ~24–30 m depth with AIDA 3 certification
