Hi, I'm Markus.I work where breath meets water, where nervous system science meets ancestral wisdom, where performance meets presence.

As the creator of Paleo Breathwork and author of the Molchanovs Breathwork system, developed alongside world record Freedivers, I've spent years turning the deepest lessons of the ocean into tools anyone can use.

Through Freediving, Breathwork, and Movement, I help humans find resilience that actually lasts, and rediscover the joy of feeling alive.
