The Pitch
A week to breathe, move, nap after a long brunch in the sun, and spend time in the water with good people. Not just about slowing down it's about remembering how good it feels to be alive in your body, and meeting strangers who quickly feel like new friends. No experience in freediving or breathwork needed. Just a "hell yes" somewhere in your body.
